Short Description
A high brightness, lightweight, 5-inch, 1500nit HDR touchscreen camera monitor that’s perfect for vloggers, filmmakers and photographers.
Long Description
The latest addition to the award-winning Shinobi range of professional monitors is the Shinobi GO, a sleek, lightweight, and high-brightness 5-inch HDR monitor with an impressive 1500-nit display. Designed for content creators and photographers, this compact yet powerful monitor ensures exceptional visibility, even in daylight conditions.
Following the success of the Shinobi II, which launched last year, the Shinobi GO retains many of the same high-quality monitoring tools as its more advanced counterpart. However, it does not include camera control, touch-to-focus functionality, or professional-grade monitoring features such as EL ZONE, making it a more streamlined option for users who do not require these capabilities.
Equipped with essential professional monitoring tools, the Shinobi GO includes false colour, zebra, histogram, waveform, and vector scope. Powering the device is highly flexible, as it supports Sony NP-F type batteries, available separately, or can be powered via a USB-C port using a power bank, making it ideal for extended shooting sessions.
Designed for those who do not require camera control or have cameras that do not support it, the Shinobi GO provides a high-quality, daylight-viewable monitoring solution at a more accessible price point.
To enhance reliability during shoots, the monitor comes with a locking connector adaptor for the HDMI and USB-C ports. When paired with Atomos locking cables, available separately, this feature prevents accidental disconnections, providing added security for uninterrupted filming.
Both the Shinobi GO and Shinobi II share the same sunhood and a range of accessories, allowing professionals to use batteries, cables, rigs, and other attachments interchangeably. This level of compatibility ensures seamless integration across various camera setups, offering maximum flexibility for those working with multiple pieces of equipment.
